PROPOSED ALTERATIONS TO A LISTED BUILDING

Internal alterations to a listed building (entry:1270973) and to building within the curtilage of a listed building (entry:1270973). Internal window film applied to original window. Later partitions abutting listed building to be removed, and new metal stud partitions installed abutting existing wall. Existing window and swing door removed, and new automatic sliding door installed into newer extension to listed building at Parkside Surgery, Prestige Park, Colne Road, Burnley. Ref. IC (FUL/2025/0543 and LBC/2025/0544).

Application to divert PROW Footpath FP1204089 (part of) (under S257 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990) at Land to the West Red Lees Road, Cliviger. Ref. LG (FDO/2025/0540)
