What is planned?

THREE RIVERS DISTRICT COUNCIL

PLANNING AND LISTED BUILDING APPLICATIONS

ALL REPRESENTATION TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 31 OCTOBER 2025

The following applications have been submitted to the Council.

A copy of all applications, plans and other documents submitted may be viewed online at http://www3.threerivers.gov.uk/online-applications/ and inspected on computer screens at the address below between 9am and 4pm.

Representations can be made through the website or by emailing planning@threerivers.gov.uk. Representations must include the application reference number, site address, and your name and postal address.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments can only be taken into account if they are available for public inspection before the application is decided.

25/1634/FUL – Erection of cattle shed at The Old Rectory, Chophill Lane, Sarratt.

For: Mr and Mrs Hobhouse.

Reasons: Footpath

23/1182/RSP – Part Retrospective: Variation of Condition 13 (Surface Water Drainage Scheme to be submitted) and Condition 20 (Compliance with Surface Water Drainage Scheme Mitigation) pursuant to outline planning permission 23/0701/OUT to allow alterations to pond depth at Land to South Of Foxgrove Path/Heysham Drive, South Oxhey, Watford.

For: Mr Howarth.

25/1519/ADV – Advertisement Consent: Installation of non illuminated vinyl signage to existing glass panels at Mill House, 127 High Street, Rickmansworth.

25/1642/FUL – Replacement of existing windows and external doors to the west elevation of entrance canopy at Batchworth Place, Church Street, Rickmansworth.

For: Bugler Developments Limited.

Reasons: Conservation Area

25/1671/FUL – Variation of Condition 2 (Plans) and 25 (Obscure Windows) pursuant to planning permission 22/1148/FUL to allow window alterations and internal reconfiguration at Beesons Yard, Bury Lane, Rickmansworth. For: Mrs Natasha Styles.
