NOTICE OF DISPOSAL
DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE AT
KINGSTHORPE RECREATION GROUND,
HARBOROUGH ROAD, NORTHAMPTON

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980) that West Northamptonshire Council intends pursuant to Section 123 of Local Government Act 1972 to dispose of land described in the Schedule to this Notice for use as parking for the football club.

2. Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Director of Governance (Ref LP/DSL33987) West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, 4 Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice

3. A plan showing the location of the land it is intended to dispose of may be inspected free of charge at the One Stop Shop, One Angel Square, 4 Angel Street, Northampton from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesdays or an electronic copy can be requested by emailing lisa.pere@westnorthants.gov.uk

SCHEDULE

Approximately 912 square metres of land fronting the Indoor Bowls Centre, Kingsthorpe Recreation Ground, Harborough Road, Northampton.
