NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications, which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

L0007.25, The Manor Hotel, Berwick Pond Road, Rainham.

Listed building consent for a change of use from C1 (Hotel) to C3 (Dwellings) to include 8 x flats and the reconstruction of existing coach house to create 1 x detached 5bed dwelling with associated landscaping, parking and amenities.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

The development relates to a Listed Building

L0008.25, 222 High Street, Hornchurch.

Listed building consent for the partial rebuild of existing boundary wall.

The development is in a Conservation Area

The development relates to a Listed Building

P1007.25, 27 Parkway, Romford.

Loft conversion with No.2 rear dormer windows and rooflights

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1087.25, Sports Ground, Balgores Lane, Romford.

Proposed development of a new SEND school (Use Class F1a) including the construction of a new part single storey, part two storey school building with associated access, parking, pupil drop off, sports pitch, MUGA, external play spaces and hard and soft landscaping.

This is a major development because it involves development carried out on a site having an area of 1 hectare or more

Provision of a temporary, demountable structure containing a lobby, two classrooms, two toilets (one accessible) and two storage rooms. To be on-site for approximately three years.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P1258.25, 37 Balgores Lane, Romford.

Replacement of front windows and door and first floor rear windows

The development is in a Conservation Area
