What is planned?
Planning application PL/2025/02647, the subject of appeal APP/Y3940/W/25/3369891 against Wiltshire Council’s failure to determine the application lodged 24 July 2025, which Wiltshire Council have subsequently indicated they would have refused on 5 September 2025 had they remained the determining authority.
PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROPOSALS SUBJECT TO APPEAL
Following the general approach to publicity and consultation on planning applications in the:
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
Dunmoore Properties Ltd
(the applicant/appellant) gives notice as follows:
Proposed development at:
Land west of Wilcot Road, Pewsey
Description of development:
Outline planning permission for up to 30no. dwellings with all matters apart from access reserved for future consideration.
Proposed modification: to plans and information forming part of the proposal, submitted while the application was under consideration by Wiltshire Council, but which were not the subject of public consultation as follows:
Minor changes to the access proposals along Wilcot Road and Woodborough Road as sought by the Highway Authority. These are shown on plans 24143/08A and 09C (sheets 1 and 2).
Amendment to the red line boundary to include the access modifications outlined above.
Updated documents to respond to consultee comments on urban design, landscape, drainage, ecology and phosphate matters.

Comments on the plans and documents will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate to be taken into account in the determination of the appeal.
