REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal by Hawridge Strategic Land Limited, relating to the application to Buckinghamshire Council – South Area for Outline application with all matters reserved except for access for the erection of up to 120 residential dwellings, including affordable and self-build homes (Use Class C3) at Land at Broad Lane, Holtspur, Beaconsfield.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
