Sworders are preparing to submit an Outline Planning Application to Rugby Borough Council for the proposed development of up to 90 new homes and associated public open space with all matters reserved except for access.
As part of our commitment to community engagement, we are holding a public consultation event to give local residents, businesses and stakeholders the opportunity to view and comment on the emerging proposals before the application is submitted.
