20250321 - Oak Tree Stables , Gore Green Road, Higham, Rochester, Kent, ME3 7HL - Application for variation of condition 2 attached to planning permission reference number 20180380 for Proposed conversion of and alterations to listed timber frame barn into a 4 bedroom dwelling; conversion/rebuilding of stables into a 3 bedroom dwelling, with carports and store and including linked addition at the rear for kitchen/diner and living room; demolition and removal of outbuildings, structures and paraphernalia and replacement of cart shed with outbuilding for use as carports and bin store; new boundary treatments, landscaping and other ancillary works including provision of parking spaces; and provision of new access arrangements to Black Cottage to allow the use of the carports as habitable accommodation.

20250866 - 1A - 1B Wellington Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 1JA - Alterations to the front facade, replacement of windows, installation of an additional door to provide separate access to the commercial and residential units, and removal of internal walls within the shop area to create an open-plan commercial space.
20240943 - Cobham Sports Association, Recreation Ground, The Street, Cobham, Gravesend, Kent - Extension of the pavilion patio and provision of disabled access to the clubhouse and the patio, with associated alterations.
