What is planned?

South Gloucestershire council has request this formal notice, under Article 13 of the Town and Country planning act, in an attempt to confirm ownership of the right hand section of verge, driving away from St Arilda’s church, on the corner of Church Road Oldbury on Severn, in front the bridleway approaching the lower manor lane junction in Cowhill, BS35 1QH. This section of verge is no mans land on land registry.

The verge what3words location is //combining.freezers.pulsing. Our planning application is for a driveway which crosses this section. The drive has been in place for over 1 year. South Glos has requested this planning application retrospectively. Details can be found at https://developments.southglos.gov.uk/online-applications/ using reference P25/01703/HH.

Any information of ownership before the 6th November accompanied by paper deed as proof would be most appreciated.
