What is planned?

Notice is given that the Council has received the following
application/s for planning permission and/or listed building consent
which involve development in a conservation area and/or affecting a
listed building:-
AT: Clitheroe Castle Keep Castle Gate Clitheroe BB7 1BA
FOR: Listed Building Consent for the proposed installation of 12 LED Lights
fixed on brackets attached to the existing fence posts of the perimeter of the
curtain wall of Clitheroe Castle Keep. Application number: 3/2025/0775
AT: Laneside House Sawley Clitheroe BB7 4LF
FOR: Proposed swimming pool, changing outbuilding, greenhouse and
associated landscaping. Application number: 3/2025/0735
AT: Stonyhurst College Avenue Road Hurst Green BB7 9PZ
FOR: Listed Building Consent for location of photovoltaic panels on existing
roofs across the college. Panels to be located on the South Fronts roofs, the
Swimming Pool and St Mary's Sports Hall.
Application number: 3/2025/0747
The following application/s affect a Public Right of Way FP12 in the
Parish of Newsholme and Paythorne. :- AT: Higher House Farm Settle
Lane Paythorne BB7 4JD
FOR: Prior notification for proposed agricultural building for storage of
machinery and straw, resurfacing and improvement of track for access to
fields, under Part 6 Class A of the GDPO. Application number:
3/2025/0778

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within
21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled
to make a decision. You can comment online, by email or write to the
Director of Development, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA
quoting the application number. Any representations received will be
available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the
Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event
of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission. For information on
