I hereby give notice that Sandwell Council has received the following applications under the planning acts, of which it is required to give public notice for the reason given at the beginning of each group of applications. The Council are of the opinion that the proposal may affect the setting of a listed building.

The application may affect the character or appearance of a conservation area. Application no: DC/25/71083 Applicant: Ms Hayley Insley Sandwell Council Address: Smethwick Enterprise Centre Rolfe Street Smethwick Proposal:

Proposed demolition of Smethwick Enterprise Centre blocks 100, 200, 500,

600, 700, 800, 900 and 67/68 Rolfe Street rear extensions and retention of 67/68 Rolfe Street, Enterprise Centre blocks 300 and 400, the front facade on blocks 100, 600 and 900 and the fire station training tower.

This is a major application.

Proposed variation of condition 1 of planning permission DC/19/63734 (proposed demolition of existing building and proposed development of a four-storey building comprising 12 no. residential units with a commercial unit at ground floor for Class E uses), to increase building height, new solar panels and parapet at roof level, revised ground floor layout to include under-croft parking, revised layout of apartments and elevational design alterations.
