Proposal: Application to vary conditions 1 (Approved drawings) of planning permission Ref: DM2019/01776 for the ‘Erection of a fourth storey extension to front accommodation block (fronting Brighton Road) and erection of a third and fourth floor to the rear block, to provide an additional 17 self-contained residential units for the elderly, together with the alterations to existing elevations. Erection of a single storey external storage shed, canopy walkway, provision of additional parking bays, erection of refuse and cycle stores, formation of a new lift shaft and associated landscaping’ to provide two additional units, alteration to roof ridge design, alteration to roof including incorporation of green roof and relocation of solar panels, alterations to scooter and cycle storage, alterations to parking layout to facilitate wheelchair access ramp, alteration to fenestration treatment and materials and alterations to boundary treatment.
