What is planned?

The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Sections 67 & 73

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been submitted to the Council.

The Codes are as follows:

ASLB Affecting the Setting of Listed Building

DEP Departure from Development Plan

MAJ Major Development

PRW Footpath - Public Right of Way

M/25/00528/OUT Astley and Dunley CP

MAJ PRW Outline planning application with all matters reserved except for access, for the erection of residential dwellings (Use Class C3), including the creation of a new vehicular access off Pearl Lane, together with associated infrastructure and public open space. Land At (Os 7985 6936) Astley Cross

M/25/01058/FUL Hallow CP ASLB Construction of self-build detached house and garage and demolish existing garage and replace with new garage and shed. Windsor Cottage Main Road Hallow

Town and Country Planning (Consultation) England Direction 2009.

Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015 - Article 15.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
