Monkstown Christmas Light Switch On

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council has received an
application from Jonathan Henderson of Antrim and Newtownabbey
to hold the below event;
Monkstown Christmas Light Switch On Event on Wednesday 26th
November 2025
By virtue of the powers conferred on it by Article 8A of and Schedule 3A
to the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 the Council
gives notice that it is minded to make an Order to temporarily restrict
traffic from using Devenish Drive, Monkstown, from the junction of the
Jordanstown Road to the junction of Cashel Drive, Wednesday 26th
November 2025 at 10.00hrs to Wednesday 26th November 2025
at 23:00hrs
A diversion route will be signposted.
Arrangements can be made to inspect the application free of charge,
by contacting the Council on the number and/or email below.
Persons wishing to make representations to the Council regarding the
proposal may do so in writing at the address below by 5pm Thursday
6th November 2025. Representations received after this will not
be considered.
