c) Display of one internally illuminated digital display

defibrillator at Land South of 3-5 Chapel Street

d) Installation of one communications kiosk with
integrated defibrillator at Land South of 37 King

e) Display of one internally illuminated digital display
within communications kiosk with integrated

Proposals (b,c,d,e) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) affects a public right of way.
Proposal (a) is a major development.

the council’s libraries where facilities are available for
you to view planning applications. If you decide to visit
the library, the details of reference number, address and
postcode set out above will be required to enable you
to view the application. A member of the library staff
will be able to assist you if required.
