What is planned?

The Proposal

Housing development on zoned land MNY 04/32 of BMAP – (Phase 3 of Mill Bridge, Hydepark Road, Mallusk).



Site Location

Lands at no.4 Grange Lane and to the west of Millbridge, Hydepark Road, to the south of Hydepark Manor and c.40m east of Hydepark Mews, Mallusk.



We are continuing with our Pre-Application Community Consultation for the above proposal. Following the introduction of The Planning (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (NI) 2025 there is a requirement to maintain a website displaying details of the proposal and facilitate comments from members of the public relating to the proposal.

The website will be available to access from Friday 17th October 2025 until 5pm on Friday 21st November 2025.

If you wish to make comments on the proposal you may do so to TSA Planning using the contact methods and details above no later than 5pm on Friday 21st November 2025.



This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, normal neighbourhood Notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
