What is planned?

The Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended) and The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Regulation 7(2) (as amended) - Notice of Pre-Application Consultation Public Event



Apatura DC Project 5 Ltd give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for the proposed development as follows:

“Erection of an AI Data Centre Campus with a 300MW demand utility capacity with car parking, landscaping, roads, access and associated works” on land at Glenbervie Business Centre, Larbert, FK5 4RB

Further information on the proposed development will be available at two public exhibitions, being held as follows:

15:00-20:00 on 28th October 2025 at Glenbervie House & Country Estate, Stirling Road, Larbert FK5 4SJ
and
15:00-20:00 on 27th November 2025 at Glenbervie House & Country Estate, Stirling Road, Larbert FK5 4SJ

Comments should be submitted to the prospective applicant at the address above by Thursday 20th November 2025.

Please note, comments on these proposals are to the prospective applicant and not formal representations to Falkirk Council. If a subsequent planning application is submitted there will be a further opportunity to make formal representations on the application to Falkirk Council during the statutory notification period.
