PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) OUTLINE - Erection of buildings to accommodate employment use development (use class B2, B8, E(g) (iii), Sui Generis) together with formation of associated access and engineering works following demolition of existing buildings at Percy Lodge Farm (access to be considered) (ADDITIONAL INFORMATION) at Land adjacent Percy Lodge Access Road Airmyn DN14 8JR (Ref: 24/01608/STOUTE PP-12837573)

b) Extraction of sand, gravel and clay from a northern extension to the existing North Cave Quarry Complex, construction of a mineral conveyor, extension to the existing haul road, continued use of the existing mineral processing plant site and the restoration of the extension area using site derived and imported inert restoration materials to nature conversation interest including waterbodies, heathland, fen and reedbeds at North Cave Quarry Complex Crosslands Lane North Cave (Ref: 24/01362/CME PP-12926957)

c) Erection of a free range egg production unit (64,000 birds) and associated infrastructure (ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RECEIVED) at Land East of Braggitfield Bridge Farms Lane Eastrington HU15 2XS (Ref: 25/02014/STPLFE PP-14045945)

d) Erection of three poultry sheds and six feed bins with associated infrastructure at Old Rush Farm Spaldington Road Spaldington DN14 7GX(Ref: 25/02706/STPLFE PP-14335968)

Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (b,c) affect a public right of way.

Proposals (a,b,c,d) are major developments.

These applications are accompanied by an Environmental Statement in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended).
