TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed developments relate to one or more of the following:

Outline application with some matters reserved (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for construction of up to 19 dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping.

MC/25/1930 - Debenhams House, 23 Railway Street, Gillingham, Medway Reason 1  
Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and Condition 12 (Removal of C3 C4 rights) on planning permission MC/24/1224 for the repositioning of windows and doors and internal layout changes (Retrospective) along with the rewording of condition 12 to read to allow occupation within Use Class C3, including sub-class C3(b).
