NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) and (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Alcester Academy, Gerard Road, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6QQ.

I give notice that Warwickshire County Council has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the Construction of a new single-storey modular building at Alcester Academy to accommodate 24 Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) students and 8 staff members,
including associated landscaping and external works.
Details of this application which has been submitted to the County Planning Authority can be viewed on our website at www.warwickshire.gov.uk/planning. You should click the ‘search for a planning application’ link, and you should be able to view all the application drawings and supplementary information by typing
SDC/25CC002 into the ‘planning reference’ text box on the webpage.
Access to our website is also available at your local library.
