NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at:

Vacant Land at the End of Mill Lane, Houghton Green

Take notice that application is being made by:

Mr John Leighton (L2 Property Ltd)

For:

Full planning application for the erection of 23 dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated landscaping, infrastructure and ancillary works.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted:

Development Management

Place Directorate

1 Times Square, Warrington WA1 2EN

Any owner of the land (defined as a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years) or tenant (meaning a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land) who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days from the date of the notice’s publication.

Statement of owners’ rights:

The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. It does not give the applicant any legal right to carry out the proposed development, where that right does not already exist.

This notice is for the purpose of giving notice to persons who may have an interest in the land but cannot be identified or located, as required by Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
