App No: 25/0319 – Change of use from use class A (retail leisure and hospitality) to use class A1, A2, A3, B1, D1 and D2, facilitating retail, assembly and leisure, hospitality, non-residential, food and drink, financial and professional services at Kingsway Centre, John Frost Square

App No: 25/0358 – Conservation area consent for the demolition of existing detached single storey garage with associated works to the access, boundary treatment and tree works at Lawside, 2 Stow Park Circle.

App No: 25/0794 – Listed building consent for repair and replacement works to the junior school building to include replacement of a number of sash and casement windows, brick window surround to sash window to be replaced with bathstone, the maintenance to soffits, fascias and rainwater goods and the entrance to windcatchers at Charles Williams Church in Wales Primary School, High Street Caerleon.
