The application is for a Major Development.

Application Number: P/2025/0540/S73

Proposal: Variation of Condition numbers 2 (Approved Plans), 12 (Parking and Servicing), and 27 (Landscaping and Tree Planting) on approval P/2023/0656/FUL, to replace house type and minor location changes.
