Erection of extensions (east and south elevations) to form new lobby entrances; erection of west extensions to form additional kitchen and dining room accommodation. Removal of 9 vehicle parking spaces and relocated vehicle access to the south to form new public landscaped area and pub garden. Extension of existing car park to the north to provide additional car parking.
