Almscliffe Dhesi Developments (1) Ltd. is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 20 (lighting strategy for biodiversity) and 21 (bat and bird box details) attached to planning permission 22/00781/FU4 (Demolition of existing buildings on site and construction of a retail development comprising retail store with external garden centre (Class E), 2 retail units (Class E), a Vets practice and Tanning Shop (Sui Generis) and a drive-thru coffee outlet (Class E/Sui Generis) with associated access, parking and landscaping) to update the approved landscaping arrangements, floor plans, elevations, bat and bird box locations and external lighting details
25/00042/FUL - Land At Wearside Golf Club Offerton Village Sunderland SR4 9JT. APC Land Solutions is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: The creation of a driving range, new short course putting green and associated earthworks; installation of a driving range shelter; new car park and associated access. (additional / amended details received 03/10/2025).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Penshaw Monument which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
25/02208/VAR - Land at Silksworth Lane/Silksworth Road Silksworth Sunderland. I give notice that Persimmon Homes is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) attached to planning permission 23/01952/VAR ((relating to an original proposal for the erection of 250 (C3) residential dwellings) to amend house types to their opposite 'handed' form as constructed across the site; to amend the site layout to reflect to as-built route and finished levels of the footpath/ steps along the western boundary; to update the landscaping plans as undertaken on site and to provide enhanced landscape screening to 1 and 3 Cavalier Way (retrospective).

This relates to a Grade I Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest and relates to a proposal which affects the setting of, Washington Old Hall Lodge
