For Planning Permission: Full planning permission for the development of 432 dwellings (Use Class C3) comprising 396 new build dwellings on land adjacent to Pemberton Road and 36 dwellings within the converted Winstanley Hall complex of buildings, a community use building (Class F2 Hall/Meeting
Place for local community use), a mixed-use lodge building (Class F1 Exhibition Space and Class E Housing Sales Centre/Cafe), communal bin/garden equipment stores, associated car parking, landscaping and public realm, drainage infrastructure, access and highway works including works to Pemberton Road.
For Listed Building Consent: Listed building consent for repair, internal and external works to facilitate the conversion of Winstanley Hall, the Barn, Stable Blocks and Outbuildings, and Estate Office into 36 dwellings, together with repairs to the Neptune Statue Applicant: Kingswood Homes
Notice is hereby given that Planning and Listed Building Consent applications have been made to Wigan Council for the above works
The Council considers that the works for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent would affect the Listed Building and its setting.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the
Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
