2025/2871 FRETTENHAM, Land Adj 40, Buxton Road – Outline planning permission erection of 1no dwelling with all matters reserved

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan,

2025/2916 WROXHAM, High Bank, 1 Skinners Lane, NR12 8SJ – Proposed demolition of rear single storey garden room. Erection of 2 storey side extension, single storey rear extension and pitched roof to existing garages. Existing house to be rendered to match new extensions

2025/2736 HALVERGATE, Agricultural Building West of Crowes Farm, Chapel Road – Proposed 2 New Self Build Dwellings replacing 2 agricultural buildings

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan, Affects a Conservation Area,

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk . All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk . Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
