Notice is hereby given THAT Essex County Council has received a planning application from Heard Waste Management Ltd for Change of use and erection of buildings, hardstandings, roadways, parking and storage areas to enable the use of the site as a waste recycling and materials recovery facility (part retrospective) at Land at the South of Terminus Drive, Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea, SS16 4UH – ESS/55/25/BAS
The proposal may affect the setting of Cromwell Manor (formerly Pitsea Hall) which is a Grade II Listed Building.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at https://planning.essex.gov.uk.
Consultation on this application is open until 30 October 2025.
