NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Refurbishment of roofs of existing industrial units by over-cladding existing roofs with PIR insulation and profiled metal sheeting

At Orbital One Dartford Kent (Application Ref. No. DA/25/01028/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

2) Application for Listed building consent for conversion of existing garage to habitable room with associated alterations to front elevations and provision of an additional vehicle crossing onto A225

At 66 Main Road Sutton At Hone Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, will affect a Grade II Listed Building. (Application Ref. DA/25/01003/LBC)
