NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) and (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land to the west of Haunch Lane and east of Reindeer Park, Kingsbury Road, Lea Marston B76 0DE.
I give notice that Willshee’s Aggregates Ltd has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the Sand and Gravel extraction followed by subsequent restoration infilling, habitat creation and agricultural reinstatement. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application is situated.
