Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2025/02309: The Laurels, Village Street, Newdigate, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5DH, Change of Use of garden outbuilding to Use Class C3 to allow for use as an Air B & B.
MO/2025/02322: BOOKHAM RAILWAY STATION CHURCH ROAD GREAT BOOKHAM, Installation of 2 No high level LED luminaires to the underside of the Listed footbridge at Bookham Station, clamp-fixed using Unistrut system to avoid any damage to the existing footbridge framework.
MO/2025/02332 & MO/2025/02339: PATSOM COTTAGE RANDALLS ROAD LEATHERHEAD KT22 0BA, Change of use to convert two buildings (Use Class E) to Residential (Class C3) with associated parking.
