5/2025/1618 Single storey side extension following demolition of existing garage/ workshop, alterations to openings, new boundary wall with sliding gate and new timber fencing, alterations to hardstanding at: 24 Leyton Road, Harpenden.

5/2025/1633 Installation of rear dormer to facilitate use of loft space as an additional bedroom at: 6 Mercers Row, St Albans.

5/2025/1643 Two storey rear extension, single storey rear extension and attic side dormer enlargement at: 60 Station Road, Harpenden.

5/2025/1673 Single storey front extension, alteration to existing front dormer and roofline, alteration to existing garage door. New side windows to living roof, alteration to front door location and new pergola to rear garden at: 10 Hales Meadow, Harpenden.

5/2025/1553 Listed building Consent - Internal refurbishment works, installation of chimney cowl, and window repairs at: 35 Market Place, St Albans.

5/2025/1555 Listed building Consent - Partial rebuilding of rear wall at: 35 Market Place, St Albans.

5/2025/1679 Listed building consent - Erection of illuminated and non-illuminated signs to the exterior of the building and redecoration of the exterior of the building at: The Overdraught Ph, 86 Park Street, St Albans.

Comments may be made in writing to: The Development Management Team, quoting the reference number, not later than 01/11/2025 (23 days after publication date). Please note your correspondence will be available for inspection by the public and a redacted version (without signature, email or telephone number) will be published on the website. Any comments that you make about this proposal will be copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal and will also be published on their website. In the event of an appeal on a householder application (or a minor commercial or advertisement application, which is to be dealt with by written representations), any comments you have made will also be sent to the Planning Inspectorate but there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

The Council gives warning pursuant to its powers under Section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any sign/advertisement illegally displayed within the administrative boundaries of St Albans City & District Council.
