Single storey rear and side extensions following demolition of existing extensions. Alterations to existing attached garage to include alterations to fenestration and insertion of rooflight following removal of existing garage doors to facilitate garage conversion into habitable accommodation. Replacement windows throughout.

25/02318/LBC Lutyens Cottage, Hitchwood Lane, Preston, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 7RY.
Glazed link extension between ancillary annexe and main dwelling.
Proposal Constituting Major Development, Notice Under Article 15, Contrary To Local Development Plan
25/02401/OP Land South Of Turnpike Lane, Ickleford, Hertfordshire.
Erection of up to 100 dwellings with means of access from Turnpike Lane including associated landscaping, drainage, car parking; infrastructure and all ancillary and enabling works following demolition of all existing structures (all matters reserved except means of access).

Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
