Publication: 9 October 2025 - The following application has been received by the Council:

Applicant: Balfour Beatty (on behalf of the Environment Agency) - Ref: PAP/2025/0419 Environment Agency Lea Marston Depot, Coton Road, Lea Marston - Construction of a centralised warehousing facility at the EA’ s Lea Marston Depot in North Warwickshire, consisting of a single storage building terraced over two platforms: an ‘upper building’ to the west, designated for smaller flood defence equipment, and a ‘lower building’ for larger equipment and a sandbagging facility .

Reason: Major Development.
