I give notice that application is being made by Orbit Group to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for: -
Demolition of existing scout hut and erection of 2 storey buildings to provide a total of 24 no. dwellings, comprising 10 x 2 bed houses, 8 x 3 bed houses and 6 x 1 bed maisonettes, associated amenity space, access, parking and landscaping.
