I give notice that Joy Gardiner is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 25/0999/FUL
Demolition of existing steel frame building, shed, driveway, driveway facing timber fence and highway facing timber face; Removal of Trees T8, A1, H1 and partial removal of A2; Relocation of the highway access and installation of new no-dig driveway; improvements to the highway boundary with erection of estate railings and extensive planting improvements; erection of detached dwelling.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
