Removal of conditions 1, 2 and 3 of WD/2024/0064/FA (variation of conditions 4, 5 and 6 of WD/2013/0296/F (conversion of an existing redundant detached single storey toilet block and adjacent double garage with attached storage rooms into two self-contained units for holiday accommodation)) to allow full unrestricted residential use of the property. HAILSHAM – WD/2025/2012/LB & WD/2025/2240/F
Demolition of a 4m section of existing garden wall forming part of the south-eastern boundary of the property and rebuild to conservation standards in line with recommendations of structural engineer: replacement wall to be built in ashburnham brick off a new concrete strip foundation 400mm wide and 225mm deep employing 215mm brickwork for its full height and length. Below ground level the brickwork to be built in 1:3 cement: sand and mortar mix to ensure it is a robust retaining structure. Above ground level mortar strength 1:4.5 mix and joints pointed in rich lime mix. Repair to a short section of 2.15m high brick wall to the northern end: replacement of loose or missing capping bricks and re-pointing in rich lime mix.

I give notice that Oaklea Homes Ltd c/o Studio-onSea Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for a part retrospective application for 2 no. low carbon semi-detached dwellings. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
