NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
KCC/SW/0143/2025 – Proposed development at Norwood Farm Quarry and Landfill Site, Lower Road, Minster on Sea, Sheerness, Kent ME12 3AJ.
Waste Recycling Group (Central) Ltd T/A FCC Environment is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for a Section 73 application to vary condition 2 of planning permission SW/16/500698 to provide a temporary extension to the period of stockpiling and delay the restoration of the site for a period of up to 16 years.
