Fourells Paddocks, Richings Way, Iver, SL0 9DE Approval of details comprising appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following outline planning permission PL/22/2678/OA on appeal APP/N0410/ W/23/3328366 for proposed demolition of existing residential properties and equestrian buildings to facilitate the construction of 30  dwellings to include 40% affordable housing provision with first homes, 2 self-build plots, public open space, associated infrastructure, landscaping and biodiversity net gain.

PL/20/4332/OA and CM/0036/21 Major development, LB, & PFP
Land To The North Of A4007, Slough Road, (Between Junctions 15 and 16 Of The M25), Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire Outline application for a Motorway Service Area between M25 junctions 15 and 16 near Iver  Heath with all matters reserved, comprising vehicular access from the M25 including new overbridge and realignment of the A4007 Slough Road, a controlled vehicular access from the A4007 for emergency vehicles only, including a staff drop off point and associated footway works to Slough Road, facilities buildings, Drive-Thru, fuel filling stations, electric vehicle charging, parking facilities, service yard, vehicle circulation, landscaping, woodland and amenity spaces, Sustainable Drainage Systems, a diverted public bridleway; together with associated mitigation and infrastructure and with earthworks/enabling works including mineral extraction.

They must be received within 21 days of the date of this publication with the exception of PL/20/4332/OA and CM/0036/21 comments must be received by 09.11.2025.Comments can be made either online or in writing quoting the reference number and your postal address, to our Council offices or via email to planning.comments.csb@buckinghamshire.gov.uk. Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
