NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING
PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed development at: Trenches Farm, Trenches Lane, Middle Green, Wexham, Buckinghamshire
Notice is hereby given that Brett Aggregates Ltd. is applying for planning permission for ‘sand and gravel extraction and processing including the construction of new site access, construction of screening and storage bunds, mineral processing plant and other associated infrastructure and progressive restoration using imported inert materials to agricultural uses, with enhanced biodiversity and habitat creation’.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the original application (including the Environmental Statement) and information submitted online at https://publicaccess.buckscc.gov.uk/online-applications/ including via internet terminals in public libraries.
All of the planning application documentation, including the Environmental Statement, can be downloaded free of charge from the planning portal on Buckinghamshire Council’s website. Reason for the newspaper notice: – It is accompanied by an Environmental
Statement (16 Week).
– It would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies.
– It would affect the setting of a Listed Building.
