NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

KCC/GR/0048/2025 – Proposed development at Apex Business Park, Unit 4a, Queens Farm Road, Shorne, Gravesend, Kent DA12 3HU.

R S Skips Ltd is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for a Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 and 21 of planning permission GR/15/1192 to allow alterations to the site layout.

The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

We accept comments online via the direct link on the County Council’s website or by email to planning.applications@kent.gov.uk. You may also write to Planning Applications Group, Kent County Council, County Hall, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1XQ although we would strongly encourage you to submit comments online or by email at this time due to ongoing hybrid working arrangements.

We accept comments within 21 days from the date of this notice (6 November 2025). Please quote the application reference number (KCC/GR/0048/2025) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
