NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
KCC/GR/0048/2025 – Proposed development at Apex Business Park, Unit 4a, Queens Farm Road, Shorne, Gravesend, Kent DA12 3HU.
R S Skips Ltd is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for a Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 and 21 of planning permission GR/15/1192 to allow alterations to the site layout.
The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Please quote the application reference number (KCC/GR/0048/2025) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
