IP/25/00652/FUL 476 – 478 Landseer Road. Change of use of Phlebotomy Facility (Use Class E) to 2no. 6-bedroom 6-person HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupancy), including single-storey rear extension and associated external and internal alterations, cycle storage outbuildings, and access.
IP/25/00672/FUL Ranelagh Filling Station, London Road. Provision of a new Electric Vehicle Charging hub and associated works.
IP/25/00654/FUL 157 Fircroft Road. Insertion of full-height glazing to replace existing high fanlight windows to shopfront.

IP/25/00664/CALF 1 St Edmunds Road. Works to trees: Holm Oak and Prunus trees: reduce crowns by up to 2m; London Plane tree: Pollard to height of 3m.
IP/25/00656/TALF 30 Egglestone Close. Works to tree protected by TPO 3 of 1973: T1 and T2 Sycamores – Section dismantle to ground level.

Listed Building and Conservation Area Proposals
IP/25/00533/FUL 45 Tavern Street. IP/25/00633/FUL Flat D, 54 London Road. Installation of a vent on the front elevation of the property; and installation of 4no. solar panels to be installed to roof.
IP/25/00670/CON Car Parking And Amenity Area At 167A To 167D, Norwich Road. Discharge of Condition 2 (gate details) of application 24/00981/LBC: Insertion of pedestrian gate into boundary walls of listed building 139–167 Norwich Road which faces onto Wellington Street.
*IP/25/00266/VC (Previously advertised on 15.04.2025) Former Golden Ship Inn, Cliff Road, Ipswich. Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) and 7 (external facing materials) of planning permission 21/01062/FUL (and corresponding external facing details of condition 7 discharge application 22/00553/CON) to insert new timber windows, and alter front elevation ground floor windows; and variation of condition 02 to adjust the trigger point from pre-occupation, to compliance with the details submitted as part of this variation of condition application.
