PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Installation of glazed timber bi-fold doors including
canvass retractable canopy, timber cladding with
mouldings and sign boards, glazed canopy and
supports to replace existing and creation of new
kiosk unit via internal sub-division of existing

b) Installation of a roof mounted condenser with
associated works at HALIFAX 5 Manor Street

c) Change of use from Hotel (C1) to residential

d) Erection of a replacement wind turbine (hub height
30.0m and blade tip height 45.0m) at Wind Turbine at
Argham Fields Bartindale Road Grindale YO14 0JD

Proposals (a,b,c) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (d) is an Ancient Monument scheduled
under Section 2 of the Ancient Monuments and
Archaeological Areas Act 1979.
