Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Waterbeach Barracks and Airfield and Land West at the A10, Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire

Take notice that application is being made by: Urban&Civic Waterbeach Limited

For planning permission to: Highways improvement works comprising the realignment of the A10 including carriageway realignment and the construction of a roundabout junction providing access to the Waterbeach Barracks and Airfield site and future proofed access to the site of the planned Travel Hub serving the Waterbeach to Cambridge Guided Busway and all necessary infrastructure works including: the construction of necessary surface water drainage infrastructure; utilities infrastructure; lighting; engineering and land remodelling works; hard and soft landscaping works; tree and hedgerow planting; habitat creation and ecological mitigation measures; all necessary enabling works including tree, hedgerow and vegetation removal; construction site access and works to provide a construction compound; all necessary demolitions; and the relocation of the Grade II Listed Milestone half mile south of Green End junction and Goose Hall
