East Suffolk Council has received the following applications, which it is required to advertise.

Any representations should be made in writing to this address within 15 full working days of the publication of this notice. All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the council's website, and will be referred to by the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.

DC/25/3520/OUT – Outline Application (Some Matters Reserved) Development of infill site for 3no. residential dwellings at Land at, High Street, Ilketshall St Margaret.

Reason for advertising: Affects Setting of Listed Building

DC/25/3544/LBC – The proposed works to replace casements and fanlights in the three existing ground floor windows (retaining the stone mullions and transoms) and to replace the first-floor side window (in the same style as the existing). The visual amenity of all the windows would remain unchanged.

The proposed changes are necessary to: provide sound-reduction from the main A12 road running through Wrentham; provide essential ventilation; and provide an emergency means of escape. Some of the panes are broken and so require replacement at The Old Reading Rooms, 7 High Street, Wrentham.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area

DC/25/3463/LBC – Solar Panels to the rear extension at 10 Kirkley Cliff, Lowestoft.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area, Listed Building

DC/25/3455/FUL – Replacement hardwood front doors at Halesworth and District Museum, Station Road, Halesworth.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area
