• Main Modifications to the Amended Allocations & Development Management DPD
• Minor Modifications/Points of Clarifications to the DPD
• Newark and Sherwood Post Hearing Policies Map Modifications
• An assessment of the impact of the Main Modifications on the Integrated Impact Assessment & Habitat Regulations Assessment

The Council is seeking representations on Modifications (including Main Modifications and Minor Modifications/Points of Clarification) to the Newark & Sherwood Amended Allocations & Development Management DPD and associated modifications to the Policies Map Consultation on the Modifications, Integrated Impact Assessment and Habitats Review of the Main Modifications and associated documents will run from Tuesday 16 September until 5pm on Tuesday 28 October 2025.

Alongside these documents a Statement of Representations, Representation Form and Guidance Note on filling in the form are available for inspection:
