Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

25/1312/LBC/CE: 69 High Street, Bushey, WD23 1BL. Repair and refurbishment works to roof, to include installation of new torch-on-felt roof system, breathable felt membrane, eave support trays, and slating battens; sealing of cracks with cement-based filler; rendering of chimney with waterproof coating; replacement of broken tiles; and cleaning of guttering system. (Listed Building Consent.) Reason: Listed Building.

25/1203/FUL/CE: 1 Merchant Way, Watford, WD25 8FA. Internal subdivision of existing warehouse units and associated alterations to car park layouts for continued use of Class B8 Use with ancillary trade counters. Reason: Major Development.

25/1346/FUL/AKA: 6 – 18 High Road, Bushey Heath. Demolition of 6–18 High Road and erection of three-storey building comprising of basement and ground floor car parking, ground floor retail provision, and 25 flats above. Reason: Major Development and Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
