NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land at Junction 22 of the M1, Cliffe Hill Farm, Whitwick Road Markfield, Leicestershire. LE67 9PH.

Take notice that application is being made by: David Baker-Brook, Caddick Developments Limited

For planning permission to: Full Planning Application for the redevelopment of the site at Cliffe Hill Farm at J22 of the M1 for storage and distribution uses (Class B8), general industry (Class B2), ancillary office space (Class E(g)(i)), together with associated development including access, landscaping, earthworks, ancillary infrastructure, and parking

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council; Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley LE10 0FR

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

This notice is for publication in a local newspaper. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
