TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD ORDER 2025

On the 30 September 2025 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order has been promoted to prohibit the parking on sections of Eastwoodmains Road (between properties nos. 166 & 180 – both sides) & Drumby Crescent (from its eastern junction with Eastwoodmains Road up to property no. 67 – both sides), Clarkston, in order to facilitate the safe operation of Scottish Power utility works on or near the road, scheduled to be carried from 8AM on Wednesday 19th November to 5PM on Sunday 14th December 2025.

The parking prohibition will be applied to sections of the road as and when required relative to the progress of the works and will apply to all vehicles with the exception of those associated with the works and emergency vehicles attending an incident.
