What is planned?

HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

25/1330/VOC/HHO: 9 Newlands Avenue, Radlett, WD7 8EH. Variation of condition 2 (drawings/plans) to allow for construction of electricity substation following grant of planning permission 23/0570/FUL. Reason: Major Development.

25/1352/HSE/KM: 6 The Grove, Radlett, WD7 7NF. Demolition of existing rear extension, construction of single storey rear extension with lantern rooflight, and first floor side extension over existing garage, with pitched roof and insertion of 2x side rooflights and 1x side rooflight to garage, alterations to fenestration, and new rear terrace. Reason: Conservation Area.

25/1376/FUL/MT: 144 Watling Street, Radlett, WD7 7JH. Construction of single storey rear extension with insertion of 1x rooflight. Reason: Conservation Area.

25/1326/FUL/LP: Land At Church Lane, Aldenham. Construction of eight dwellings, with access off Church Lane, car and cycle parking, and landscaping. Reason: Conservation Area.

25/1373/VOC/AKA: South Medburn Farm, Watling Street, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3AA. Variation of condition 2 (plans) to allow for revised layout, enhanced landscape strategy, reduction of car parking provision, introduction of community uses, revised unit mix and updated SuDS strategy following grant of planning permission 23/0635/FUL. Reason: Major Development.

www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices,

Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
